Justin Couto is the CEO of Couto Solutions, a San Luis Obispo software development firm that specializes in creating compelling Custom Social Networks for the Enterprise. Justin has been a committed advocate for growing the local software development community for several years. He firmly believes that giving back to the community is a critical part of developing the tech industry on the Central Coast. As a result, Justin is a San Luis Obispo .NET User Group Leader, a Central Coast Code Camp Director, and he sits on the Softec Board of Directors. Justin is also an active speaker and a small group technology teacher where he offers weekly classes to anyone interested in attending.
Steve Evans is a code camp junkie, speaking at 14 code camps in the last 2 years, and traveling as far as New York City to participate in their code camp. Steve has made countless friends through his participation at code camps and is looking forward to helping bring code camp back to the Central Coast for its third year. With 10 years of enterprise IT experience he helps companies both large and small streamline their IT operations. When not attending code camps Steve runs SerkTools, an IT consulting and training company.
Rosa Couto is employed by Couto Solutions and has been living on the Central Coast since 1999. She has been in the technology industry since that time; first working in telecommunications then moving on to the software development spectrum. Although not a developer or designer, she supports the development team by offering a non-developer perspective on the products they design. As a strong supporter of the tech industry, Rosa believes that events like the Central Coast Code Camp are of incredible value and help champion technology based businesses in this area.
Jeff Richardson is the Information Systems Manager for Promega Biosciences located in San Luis Obispo where he oversees the computer systems and develops custom applications for his organization. Promega Biosciences is an organic chemistry R&D facility that produces products for the biotech industry. Previous to Promega Biosciences, Jeff was a founding member of Dega Technologies. Jeff has been involved in the software development industry since 1982. He believes that the Code Camp is a great way to encourage the expansion of San Luis Obispo’s technology industries.
Justin Schwartzenberger is the Chief Technical Officer at DealerHosts, a technology solutions provider for the automotive dealership industry. Since first arriving on the Central Coast back in 1989 he has grown along with the area and has had the opportunity to expand his developer and business skillsets from the vast amount of local sources. Justin feels that The Central Coast Code Camp is the perfect channel to help give back to the community that helped him flourish over the past two decades and he is honored to be a part of it.
